Solar Panel Servicing and maintenance Contracts Cost

Prices start for as little as £150 + vat per annum 

Standard contract includes:

  • ✅ A full health check of your solar system
    🧰 A site visit to inspect all components
    🔍 Checks on strings and inverter performance to make sure they are reaching maximum
    ⚡ Inspection of all isolators and safety devices
    📞 Access to online and telephone support for any queries or concern
This service helps identify any early issues, maintain optimal performance, and ensure continued compliance with manufacturer and warranty requirements.

This service does not include roof work, major repairs, or replacement of any faulty products unless covered under warranty.

Annual Maintenance Visits Include:

  • Visual inspection of roof mounting fixings
  • Visual inspection of mounting rail
  • Visual inspection of modules, DC wiring, and connections
  • Visual inspection of inverter, DC wiring, and connections

  • Functional testing of the inverter
  • Cleaning of inverter fan unit or air vent
  • Functional testing of AC & DC isolators
  • Testing of array voltage (Voc)
  • Testing of array current (Isc)
  • Testing of array polarity
  • Earth continuity testing
  • Array insulation testing
  • Comparison of actual kW/hr production with predicted SAP calculated kWhrs
